1 Sourcing Names

If you’re looking at door drops or email marketing rather than direct mail then we’ll liaise with the best suppliers in each sector and build a plan that delivers on your brief.
2 Data processing
We will carry out full data processing using our product DPselect™.
If you are using your own emails we will screen for inaccuracies.
3 Print production
virtualDM has close links to production and mailing houses all over the country which allow us to find the perfect partner for you and manage the process from start to finish. At each stage of the process our project management and quality control processes ensure that all you ever see has already been cleared as meeting your brief.
4 Organising distribution
With the deregulation of the postal market in the UK the Royal Mail is not always the right solution.
Our systems will analyse your campaign and select the most appropriate supplier based on speed of delivery and price.
We will carry out email broadcasting and door drop distribution as required.
