Pollen Append is a tool which allows you to quickly and efficiently append contact details to your customer and prospect databases, using both email addresses and telephone numbers.
With over 25 million email addresses and 35 million landline and mobile numbers, Pollen Append gives you access to one of the largest data sources in the UK.
All telephone numbers and email addresses supplied have third-party opt in permission.
As part of the process Marketing Metrix carries out the required permission-based email prior to campaign commencement to invite customers to join the email programme.
Data usage is completely flexible, we offer rates for one-off usage, multiple or annual usage, and permanent append so you can be sure that there is an option to meet your needs.
Simple, efficient process
- You send us your customer or prospect data with full name and address details
- We match it to PollenUK (usually done at individual level but can be run at household level if required)
- A report is produced showing how many matches we can find
- Once approval has been given on the number of matches and data required, Marketing Metrix then broadcasts the permission email
- Email addresses of those customers who don't opt out are appended back to your data, excluding any bounced or unsubscribed emails
- We supply your appended data
Telephone Append
The telephone append process broadly follows the above in that we match your data to PollenUK and tell you how many telephone numbers, both mobile and landline, we have available to append. Once we gain approval on these numbers, your data will be supplied back to you with the landlines and/or mobiles appended. All numbers supplied have been TPS matched to ensure they are contactable.
Email permission assurance
Obtaining email permission is the law but it also reassures your customers that you value their privacy and helps to increase response rates through raising awareness of the campaign prior to broadcast. All customers we supply, where we have appended an email, will have been given the chance to opt out of the campaign via a permission-based email we will send on your behalf.
