Developed out of Customer Trail, Trailback™ endeavours to identify those records that have been incorrectly categorised as no longer at an address – amazingly up to 40% of records are classified incorrectly.

Added Value Data

What is truly unique about Customer Trail™ is that it will automatically append new addresses with added value data. This will help you to target customers likely to have experienced the greatest change in circumstances or disposable income/available equity.

Customer Trail™ provides added value data such as the change in house value between old and new addresses and property value category. This additional information can be used to help refine targeting within the new addresses so returns on direct marketing can be maximised.
